It is 9:30am Atlanta time and we are just finishing up our last minute packing and getting ready to travel 21 hours in the air(5.5 to LA and 15.5 to Guangzhou).
If the airport has free wireless Internet, I will most likely post again since we will have 5.5 hours before boarding the flight for Guangzhou.

Our family and friends held a shower for us at Julie’s Mom’s home and we feel very blessed by their love and generosity. Below are pictures from today’s shower.

We spent most of this week finishing up to do lists to get ready for our trip and Joshua’s homecoming. We are having a party at Julie’s Mom’s house tomorrow and then we leave Sunday afternoon. It was nearly 10 years ago that we decided to expand our family. It has been a loooooooong road with many turns, but God is faithful and has been guiding us and blessing us in other ways during this "trek" 
The week after we return home we will celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary. It will be our best one yet as we celebrate it as a family of 3!!! There is a pat of me that cannot believe that this is actually about to happen.
We will post again tomorrow with pictures from our party and after that we will begin to post to the "Our Trip to China" part of this website. We look forward to having you join us on our adventure.
