Finally! CIS Approval Has Arrived!

We have been waiting for over 3 months for our approval from CIS to come.  We received it Friday November 17, 2006!  We can now get all of the documents authenticated and certified by the state of GA, the US, and the Chinese Consulate.  When that has been completed our Dossier will be able to be sent to China.
